Sugarloaf Men Launch New Website
To increase communication among existing members, and to have a modern communications platform for general outreach and group expansion, the Sugarloaf Men’s Network launched a new website on December 21st - www.menofsugarloaf.com
As an additional tool to help communicate the group’s theme…”Connecting. Challenging. Changing”… the website has valuable information about their small groups, monthly breakfast, service opportunities, and photos.
In order to keep their members up to date on upcoming events and to share inspiring stories, the group has also incorporated a blog into the site. Other church groups and pastors have seen huge success in using this medium to communicate and interact with their congregations online in this way. Check out Pastor Steven Furtick, for example.
Check out all the site has to offer, then share it with your friends!

What a great way to communicate and enable our group to reach out in the community.
Posted by Scott Frendt / December 21st, 2007 @ 4:43 pmThere needs to be a change made to the code to let other people post items to the blog (select # of people), rather than continuing to post through a Comments section.
We also may want to put together a Forum to use for other uses!

I have to say the Men’s group meetings are very exciting and look forward to every Thursday.
